1.How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)
Processing Time: 1 - 2 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 5-15 business days
We provided fast shipping for all orders.

2.What countries do you ship to?
We can ship to almost all of countries.
We cannot deliver to the following areas:
①. Armed Forces Americas
②. Armed Forces Europe
③. Armed Forces Pacific

3.What carrier will delivery goods?
We work with FedEx, DHL, UPS and others.

4.I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

5.Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
